I’ve really enjoyed the opportunity to expand my wine topics in Biscayne Times over the past few months. There is so much to cover here in South Florida, and I am grateful that the new editorial staff is open to exploring a diverse range of stories in the wine industry.
In January’s Biscayne Times Vino column, I cover the exquisite wines of Vigernon Pierre Seillan, of Vérité in Sonoma, California and Château Lassègue in Saint-Émilion, Bordeaux, France. Pierre is a true Vigneron, with a focus on his micro-cru philosophy when it comes to finding the most perfect grapes for his wines. If ratings are important to you as a wine drinker, then you should know that several of his wines have earned 100 points on Robert Parker’s The Wine Advocate scale. No easy feat.
Read more about him and his exquisite wines in Biscayne Times–-online or in print.
