Unique Thanksgiving Pairings in Biscayne Times

Happy November! It’s time to gather around the table with loved ones for a feast celebrating gratitude.

In Miami, this meal can look different for different families depending on where they are from. We have such a diverse city of people from so many different countries that folks may decide to incorporate some of their own home country cuisine into a very American meal.

So, what wines should we pair with that? Good question! I asked five local wine experts and professionals to tell me what unique Thanksgiving dishes they serve at home and what wines they would pair with them. Their answers can be found in my November wine column for Biscayne Times newspaper.
