Rkatsiteli is a unique grape with a long history in the country of Georgia. This is a pale-skinned white grape that makes wines of various styles from dry to sweet and even sparkling. It’s now possible to find different styles of Rkatsiteli wines in the U.S. regions of the Finger Lakes, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Virginia, and North Carolina, to name a few.
