Let’s be honest, wine doesn’t need a season. Though you often see people drink more red wine in the winter and white wine in the summer, there are no real rules.
But what about our tropical winters here in Miami? The time of year when the breeze hits just right, and the humidity dips far below its usual unbearable percentages.
This is the time of year to reach for the tropical winter whites.
Not your usual poolside sippers, but the white wines with more texture and complexity. Wines with body and personality.
